From the TJEd Email Newsletter:

Yeats said, "Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire."

Sadly, most educators and parents opt for pail-filling, because it's all they know.

This is conveyor belt education, which teaches students what to think, using textbooks, group lecture with no personalization, and standardized testing.

In contrast, Leadership Education lights the fire in your childrens' souls.

It teaches students how to think using classics and personalized, inspirational mentoring.

Most parents want leadership education for their children; they want their children to be innovative, creative, self-motivated, wise, passionate, and driven to make a difference.

Unfortunately, conveyor belt education is all most parents know.

The result: bored kids, frustrated parents.

Getting off the conveyor belt requires a completely different philosophy, mindset, and methodology: TJEd.
